Oliveira Lab Launches a Deep Learning-Powered Tool for Image and Data Analysis !

The Oliveira Lab is excited to introduce the Microfluidic Image Analyzer, a state-of-the-art deep learning-powered tool designed to streamline image and data analysis for microbial studies. It supports a wide range of applications, from bacterial morphology and phenotype studies to dynamic monitoring of growth patterns and fluorescent signal tracking. Researchers can process high-throughput microscopy datasets, extract spatial-temporal metrics, and uncover population-level trends with ease.

We are finalizing the tool with advanced features for cell tracking and analyzing complex structures, including bacterial biofilms, and plan to submit the associated manuscript by mid-February. If you're interested in this topic and would like to collaborate or contribute to the tool's development, please feel free to contact us here.
