Prof. Octávio Franco joins NCAT as an affiliate and will serve on Nona's committee

We are pleased to announce that Prof. Otávio L. Franco, from the Universidade Católica de Brasília, has joined NCAT as an affiliate. He will also serve on Nona’s committee, further strengthening collaborative academic and research initiatives.
